Re-breathing is a special kind of breathing in which you can come to find deep relaxation in just a few minutes..
That’s what its creator Leonard Orr said about re-breathing.
As long as we breathe, we live – it is obvious. Then we can assume that the quality of our life depends on the breath, and if you learn to control your breath, you can change your life as you see fit. The goal of Rebirthing is to remember and re-live your birth.
To re-live psychologically, physiologically and spiritually the moment of the first breath, to free oneself from the trauma received at this moment, to open the deep blocks of memory, that is, those that cannot be worked through by other methods, to bring to mind the lurking complexes, fears, tensions, limitations, and to transform them into manageable consciousness.
The process begins the transformation of the subconscious view of birth as primary pain to pleasure. The effect is immediately life-affecting. Negative energies contained in the mind and body begin to dissolve.
Rebirthing is an amazing adventure, a journey into the depths of your inner world. Here you can discover your mission, the meaning of your life, uncover new abilities and hidden talents, allow your genius to realize itself, clear obstacles and limitations that are holding back your progress toward your goal.
Once you’ve learned RebirthingYou will be able to independently identify the causes of the processes occurring, understand and regulate them. This is a simple technique of self-regulation and self-improvement in various spheres of life: health, finances, personal relationships, passing through the renewal of the human spirit, mind and body.
THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF Rebirthing
Everything that has been done wrong and repressed can be reintegrated with the Rebirthing technique. This breathing technique uses sensation in the physical body to access the mind. Anything you have ever done wrong and repressed has left an energetic mark in the body, waiting for you to pay attention to it and reintegrate it into a sense of gratitude and great well-being.
Rebirthing is not only the only way to reintegrate repressed material, it is also the most effective.
Rebirthing is a technique for invoking integration, and is a single process, but it is best described in terms of the Five Elements.
Integration occurs only when all five elements are fully utilized, regardless of the method by which it is conditioned. If integration does not occur, then at least one of the five elements is surely missing.
Rebirthing was discovered and widely taught before the Five Elements were discovered. Rebirthing using the Five Elements is immeasurably more effective than without them. If Rebirthing and the one undergoing the breathing experience have a full understanding of the Five Elements, the integration of each repressed energy pattern can be induced at will once the practitioner becomes aware of it.
The period of time from the beginning of circular breathing to integration is called the “breathing cycle. When the five elements are used in Rebirthing, the breathing cycle is shortened. If the five elements are applied
very skillfully, then the breathing cycle lasts only a few seconds. Integrating faster is useful not only because more can be done during the session, but also because integration can be induced when each pattern of energy is still at a subtle (subtle) level of manifestation, which makes the process more comfortable and enjoyable for the person being Rebirthing.
No matter how intense something that has gone into suppression, it can be reintegrated if it is still at the subtile level of manifestation during a Rebirthing session. If integration did not occur while it was at a subtile level, and if Rebirthing continues, it will become more and more intense while this breathing technique will eventually cause it to capitulate, causing the energy pattern to either disappear or become pleasant.
If the five elements are not used in the Rebirthing technique, “forced surrender,” regardless of intensity, is the method of achieving results.
Those who have learned to integrate subtly from the start will feel much more comfortable and secure in the Rebirthing process. This feeling will in turn lead to a greater willingness of repressed matter to come out and a greater sense of enjoying it and thus integrating what has manifested.
For the above reasons, we recommend that both Rebirthing and Rebirthing practitioner always use the Five Elements of Rebirthing, and that the effectiveness of integration be the primary goal.
The Five Elements of Rebirthing are as follows:
- Circular (coherent) breathing.
- Total relaxation.
- Total Attention.
- Integration in joy.
- Total trust in the process.
