According to Hinduism, the first dance was created and performed by the god Shiva, who created the universe out of chaos in a dance. At all times in dance, peoples identified themselves with the forces of nature, the otherworlds, and animals. This art of dance reincarnation allowed one to merge with Nature and Life, to let in its power and diversity. Dance was a powerful means of self-expression of feelings.

There is no need to know special techniques and no need to learn special movements. The main key is the ability to listen to yourself, to the impulses of your body. This allows you to release everything that cannot be expressed in words, it can express human possibilities and conflicts.

As a practical psychologist I have discovered that dance is the most natural and effective method of transforming negative emotions and attitudes. Dance, born from feelings, always destroys stereotypes of perception and takes us beyond the boundaries of our “I”. It allows one to both improve one’s health and achieve a special state of expanded consciousness.

This practice helps one to enter the space of Love for oneself, thereby gaining a state of oneness with the world. By dancing spontaneously, one brings the energy of freedom and creativity into one’s daily life.

All of this is one of the most beautiful experiences that can happen to a person.
