The other day I received a new application to reveal the secrets of youth. Therefore, with pleasure, I continue the topic of universal laws of successful and harmonious life, which also affect your health, rejuvenation, activity, vivacity and, simply, excellent health.
To begin with, there are no secrets here. All the secrets have long since been revealed, and we only need to summarize and, most importantly, apply them to our lives. Because we are all smart minds walking around the globe, absorbing tons of new information, but in practice we can remain the same first graders. So, getting ahead of myself, I want to emphasize that knowing the laws of youth and success is certainly useful, but applying them in life is a guaranteed result, and it will not make you wait long, I promise!
Well, shall we begin?
7 universal laws of youth
Let go of control
Oh, this control, and where do we go without it. It is literally in our genes and not a day goes by without it. It’s a favorite pastime for many people to waste energy on things they can’t control. But the fear of letting go of control is sometimes stronger than common sense.
There is no stability in the world around us, and that goes for every area of life, everything. Instead of expending your energies and your attention on what are doomed to be attempts at control, you can find stability within yourself: in your reactions, thought-forms, and beliefs. Then everything that is out of your control will no longer be an obstacle or a cause for concern.
In any unexpected event, you can always see positive consequences for you. Let’s imagine that you are caught in a traffic jam. The indignation of the car 100% will not go faster. But you have an opportunity to listen to your favorite music or an audiobook. This positive skill is important and extremely necessary to learn, because your outrage, complaints and indignation will not reverse the situation. Learn to see opportunities for a better scenario in all events in your life and keep the energy to your benefit. Act flexibly and in the moment, without regret or slippage. Get your wings, sails, and parachutes out and let life take care of you.
2. Pity
The victim scenario is one of the most popular in human drama. Life is not fair to you, you have no finances, your job is stressful, prices have risen, no one loves you or appreciates you, and so on. By the way, I recommend learning how to learn how to live without stress. Do not waste time on self-pity. It’s an absolutely ungodly thing to do. And even if you change the scenery around you, you will still defend your sacrificial position, because sacrifice is a state of your consciousness, and not the result of external conditions.
It is responsibility, which is the deep understanding that you alone are the cause of what is in your life, and of what you rejoice in and of what you grieve for, that will make a difference. Be responsible for yourself and your life, and realize that you weren’t really offended, you just chose to be offended and continue to do so out of habit. You didn’t get upset, you chose to get upset, because you can react in completely different ways to the same situation. Read more about methods of getting rid of feelings of resentment.
Conscious Eating and Purifying
We are what we eat. Our nutrition, has a direct impact not only on our physical health, but also on our mental and mental health. Learn to be conscious and selective about your diet.
In our time, when the market offers a huge number of alternative foods and diets, you can eat both tasty and healthy at the same time. By eliminating alcohol, meat, canned foods, sugar, fizzy drinks and convenience foods from your diet and replacing them with cereals, nuts, fruits, vegetables and various oils and supplements, you will feel tremendous changes for the better in a short time.
Also, it is very important to constantly cleanse your body and take days off for your organs. They will be very grateful to you and the rejuvenation effect will be there!
4. Development
For youthfulness of mind and vitality it is important to constantly learn something new and to develop. Make up hobbies, learn new skills, set small and big goals for yourself and go for them. When you have a goal, your body has no time to be sick, sick and sad. By constantly learning something new and applying it to your life, your body also renews itself. Only in a draining space without development, there is stagnation, which triggers the process of destruction and soon wear and tear.
5. Laughter prolongs life
Laugh from the heart as often as possible. Laugh in company and alone. Learn to smile at your reflection, your loved ones, and passersby. Every minute of laughter prolongs your life and fills you with positive energy. And the best part is, we don’t even need to learn how to laugh, as we were able to do it before we started talking. It’s a completely natural state and really should be used as often as possible.
6. Rest
Proper rest is not only a guarantee of youth, but also a good mood, strong nerves, a stable immune system and a huge charge of energy. In order to properly rest, you do not need to lie on the couch all day or wait for another vacation. Everything can be much more harmonious and simple, there is no need to complicate the simple truths.
Instead of wearing yourself out with lack of sleep, overeating before going to bed, downloading unnecessary information from the Internet into your consciousness and subconscious in the late hours, it is worth a good idea to think about how much positive effect it has on you.
The scheme is simple: it is important to eat at least three hours before going to bed, limit yourself to the Internet and instead, like in the good old days, read a book or, which is even more favorable to your rest, listen to classical music or something pleasant for your soul preference. And, most importantly, go to bed no later than 11 pm.
Not realistic, you say. Well, then you just haven’t learned how to choose consciously yet, and you’re swimming with the current, but it’s not clear which way.
7. Exercise and movement
Exercise in the morning, yoga, jogging in the fresh air, swimming, cycling, anything. Perception of this world with all its shades comes through the sensory and motor organs of our body, and we have it for life. Keeping the body toned and active is simply vital, not only to stay young and healthy, but also simply for quality of life.
These are simple tips that, as I see it, keep you physically, mentally and mentally young.
Stay healthy and young in body and soul!
