How and why to take care of yourself and your life, what is frugality

What it means to take care of yourself and how to do it Articles

Now I not only buy eco products in small supermarkets, but I also observe how ecology develops in my external and internal space, in my relations with people, with nature, with myself.

We all know what ecology is, but by no means always do we pay attention to how to preserve this fragile state in our daily lives.

Ecological and careful approach to life is not about throwing out the trash in time and observing hygiene. It’s about how carefully we treat ourselves and everything around us. And this sequence is not accidental, because it is through deep self-care that we become capable of respecting and caring for the space of another life. And, indeed, it all begins with self worth and significance.. It all begins with a warm care for our lives, our desires, our boundaries, for every little thing.

After the women’s program “The Power of Femininity”, which I recently held in St. Petersburg, we decided to conduct a 21-day experiment to build their internal and external space with care and reverence. The experiment has come to its conclusion and I would like to share some conclusions.

1. Deep within our bodies flow the still and cool waters of wisdom and profound knowledge, and the unquenchable fire of life burns. The ability to reach into our bodily temple and enliven it with our presence necessarily brings us to this place of pulsating life and silence.

2. Irresponsibility always strikes with an underlying sense of guilt toward oneself. Because irresponsibility is inattention to one’s own space and the processes that take place within it. Inattention creates chaos and loss of inner resources, de-energizing our ability to live well.

Carefulness is a warm presence and a subtle attunement to the deeper needs of your physical, mental and mental space. Being able to read out the disturbances and noise and, most importantly, to move toward meeting the inner silence, taking note of the need for certain actions, triggers a profound healing process.

4. Carefulness is the conscious rejection of gossip, when there is no need to compare and rake up someone else’s, when we redirect the focus of attention to ourselves and begin to gently penetrate our own space of inner and outer life.

5. Carefulness is the ability to say no when our vulnerability is compromised, boundaries are violated, and strength is running out, the ability to ask for help, and not walk in debt afterwards.

6. Carefulness is the ability to say yes to what is important, what has been constantly put aside, sacrificed and neglected in the name of the false and contrived.

7. Carefulness is when the time comes to let go of the concepts of obligation, to let go of this overwhelming task and let yourself see the real you behind all this psychological noise, to penetrate with attention into your nature, your dreams, your desires…

8. Carefulness is when you begin to reckon with your dreams and move in small steps-steps toward their realization, because they are what create the new navigator of your path and make up for lost resources.

9. Carefulness is an effort in the name of one’s own health, accompanied by choices of proper and healthy diet, rest, exercise, and self-care for one’s own well-being.

10. Carefulness fosters in us mindfulness of each action. Mindfulness educates us to be aware of every action and process, and to be

sensitive to the space of our body, soul and psyche, creating a special afterglow of love and healing.

Take care of yourself!
