Many people often think that I or other psychologists and coaches do not have crises in life and difficult critical moments. It seems to them that our whole life goes on in harmony, without interruptions or trials.
This is one of the most common illusions that personal and spiritual growth will keep us from the natural development of life with all its consequences. But the reality is quite different.
Once on the path of development, awareness and inner growth, any woman encounters even more intricate challenges. And, passing the next developmental leaps, life, taking care of our internal and external well-being and prosperity, continues to help our development, throwing up conditions for growth.
Undoubtedly, the myth related to smooth and infinitely harmonious life is based first of all on how much we cherish our comfort zone, being in which, alas, not only our development does not shine, but a straight path to an even more chamber state of consciousness is provided for us. It is to expand the boundaries and go beyond our cage of consciousness that life continues to create such conditions in which it is still impossible to be, and how to be in a new way – it is not clear yet.
What to do in such a case?
1) Purpose of life
It is very important to define what you want from life, how you see it in the future. The fact is that we are well aware of what we do not want from life, but the picture of the future is usually vague and unclear. That’s why it’s important to start by choosing new positive goals that will define your lifestyle for years to come.
2) Recognition
Crisis can be related to many factors such as: family adjustments, professional crisis, age changes, health, any external and internal adjustments. The most important thing is to recognize the crisis and not run away from it, living in your own rose bubble, making the situation even worse. Seeing the crisis and acknowledging it is one of the main moving points to resolving the situation.
Very often at such times in life a woman falls into agonizing analysis and self-injury, running through her head exclamations and questions about injustice. Negative feelings, obsessive thoughts, self-pity, and a permanent state of drama deprive her of will and energy, without which it is extremely difficult to get out of such a swamp.
We have all been in this state and there is nothing wrong with it, but when it lasts very long, our life-giving energy, intuition, creative forces and inner impulses begin to sour.
3) Work On Yourself
After acknowledging the crisis to achieve the very harmonious life that we all dream of, we have to start moving towards our goals and this process may include such stages as: recovery from a critical moment or a difficult life situation; breaking with previous destructive habits and environment; taking responsibility for your life, concerning any sphere, and accordingly getting out of the victim position; learning new skills; a new way of thinking, something fundamentally new.
4) Where is the way out?
My job doesn’t inspire me, my man has stopped loving me, I don’t have enough money, time is passing, and I’m not married yet, I want creative realization, but I don’t know what it is, etc.
Where is the way out when you can’t see it at all? Yes, there is no obvious way out by analyzing external factors! The way out is only within ourselves, so we must stop feeding our attention to the problem, which only makes it stronger, and start dealing with ourselves. This step from the problem to yourself is not always easy when you have a huge and difficult problem at the center of your attention. And it, like a magnet, attracts and absorbs to itself all the light and positive that is in you.
The first thing we have to do is to pull our energy, self-esteem and wholeness out from underneath the fixed problem and begin to heal our depression, our frustration, resentment, shame, anger. To dissociate from the reaction and restore contact with life, with energy, with joy. And leave the problem itself aside. That is, it is vital that we stop feeding the problem with our attention and energy.
How do we do this?
5) A New and Whole Self
Let’s present a new image of yourself in a holistic and qualitative state. It is important to do this in as much detail as possible: what is your mood, what is your attitude toward yourself, how do you see the world and how are your relationships with the people around you formed? What you are: free, joyful, loving and beloved, creative, charismatic… Dedicate 10-15 minutes to this practice, allow yourself to relax, turn on pleasant music and in a meditative state go to search and live yourself as a happy woman.. After immersion, try to write down your impressions in detail. Do this meditation for at least seven days without a break.
6) Making Time for Yourself
We often deprive ourselves of the tidbits of life, the things that truly bring us pleasure and joy, and we do it only because we spin around in endless worries, brushing off bad moods and lack of money, blurt out fatigue. Think about what true joys and desires you have set aside in the back of your mind? Ponder what you have done, what you would learn if you took the time to do it.
And then ask yourself: “If my problem won’t ever-never-be resolved, am I so never going to do the things that actually bring me joy and a sense of life?” And after that question, start moving toward your dreams at least a little bit at a time. There is always time and opportunity if you start acting on the direction of your desires. The whole universe is there to support us when we inwardly say YES to ourselves and life.
Also write another list of what good things you already have. What do you have in your life that is valuable that maybe other people don’t have anywhere near? Achievements, qualities, acquisitions, skills! We often give up on our lives when all of our attention is focused on the limitations of the situation. By paying attention to the positives you can discover what an extraordinary and unique woman and how much you’re wasting away because you’re not good at one thing.
7) Go forwards and only forwards beyond the horizon
Now the most important thing is to learn how to keep your state of mind as light as possible. Every day to find new resources for creative and spiritual inspiration, to find an infinite source of inner strength. Learn to live without feeding the problem and to develop, to rejoice, to find contact with life by available and healthy means.
Expand every day your usual picture of the world and move towards wholeness and freedom. Every day to ask myself the question: where is my joy? And go to it, choose contact with higher vibrations, act.
Be in harmony with yourself and the world around you
With love and faith in you, Maria Shakti.
