Pain does not arise by itself. You create it

No one can live a life that is free of pain, sadness and sorrow. Why devote your life to fighting them when you can learn to live with them?

PainPain is an essential part of being alive. It is just as vital as joy and happiness. The problem is that a person doesn’t need the enormous amount of pain that is present in his life. The important thing is Learn not to expand or increase the pain.

Every phenomenon has its causes, and pain is no exception. In fact, pain is just a consequence of refusing to accept what is really there. You resist mentally, and that creates pain. Your emotions do not accept what is now, and this is a manifestation of negativism.

It’s how strong your resistance is that determines the severity and the strength of the pain.. You are resisting what is now, refusing to simply accept it. You try to give power to the mind, and the pain only gets worse. Any human mind is designed in such a way that it is closer to the stage of denial. Denial of what is happening in the here and now.

The more power you give to the mind, the greater your suffering. When you stop identifying with the mind, you’ll become freer from the feeling of pain..

Mind denies the “now” moment

The mind is part of your body, so why is it so used to deny and thereby cause you pain.?

The mind cannot function in the moment of no time. No time means no control, and no control puts the mind in a state of panic. It is used to control everything that happens inside.Acceptance of the present of time-the past and the future. The moment “now” is the absence of time, and so the mind tries to deny it. For him the “now” is a dangerous threat with which he seeks to fight.

In order to maintain the certainty that everything is under its control, the mind constantly wants to substitute the moment of the absence of time “now” for the future or the past. At this point, time closes off the vitality of the present moment, and the mind closes off the true nature of you.

By continuing to deny the present, the mind increases and accumulates this baggage of denial, downplaying the value of the moment that happens right now. In this way, the “now” becomes only a tool for approaching some moment in the future that is only part of the imagination and never really comes.

What to do?

It is important to realize deeply and sincerely that all you have now is precisely the present moment. This moment should be the most important moment of your whole life. If previously you were constantly in time, only occasionally coming to the present moment, now you should fully dwell in this moment of the present. Now you should visit the past and the future only occasionally, and only when it is necessary for the situations of your real life.

AcceptanceThe present moment should feel from you only acceptance, to hear only “yes.” There is no need to resist what is there-it is foolish and irrational in the highest degree. To resist a life that is happening right here and now is really the height of foolishness. Accept what is already there, accept the present moment. After that, see how life stops working against you, and starts working for you.

What happens is what you already have. The mind prints labels and hands them out to everything it sees around it. Observe how its judgments make you miserable again and again. If you begin to trace exactly how your mind works, what its mechanisms are, you will gradually stop resisting the present moment and allow it to be.

Being in this state, you will be able to taste the freedom within you, the freedom from external circumstances, the taste of real peace within. Just observe what is happening. If the opportunity or need arises, begin to act.

But never act before the moment of acceptance occurs. Regardless of the content of the “now,” it must be accepted as if you had personally chosen that moment. You don’t have to work against it – work with it. It will truly change your life.
